Security Deposits
Security Deposits apply to all equipment hire. Once the item is returned in good condition, the deposit will be refunded. As deposits are not income, we ask that these are paid in cash or by Revolut.
Discounts are available
Discounts are available on all hire equipment for multiple weeks, please ask for details.
Terms & Conditions
All hires are subject to our Terms and Conditions which can be found here. In summary, cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking date can be refunded in full. Cancellations within 7 – 14 days prior to booking will be charged at 50% of hire fee, 50% refunded. No refunds are due for cancellations within 7 days of booking date. Late returns will be charged accordingly. Damaged items will be assessed and charged as appropriate. Roadrunner have public liability insurance within the premises, however it is the customers responsibility to provide their own insurance for coverage once leaving the premises.

Opening Hours
We are open from 1st April until 31st December, closed for the winter months but available by appointment during this time
From 1st April to 31st December (except public holidays and closed Sunday & Mondays) we are open from 10 am until 2pm. For all other returns and pickups please pre arrange a time with us between 9am and 6pm.
